Note for Teacher: Help students identify the objects in the

picture and ask them to tell the names of those objects loudly one by one in the class. Help them articulate the names clearly in the class.

Use pictures in the texts to make reasonable predictions.

Read and recite short poems or nursery rhymes with actions.

2. Writing Skill:

Write the cardinal numbers from 11 to 20 in words.

Write the names of their father, mother, brothers, and sisters, in English, using the appropriate upper and lower case letters.

Construct simple sentences of three/four words, leaving spaces between words, using correct spellings, capitalization and punctuation - period (.).

3. Vocabulary and Grammar:

Spell simple one/ two syllable words.

➤ Identify the gender of common naming words (masculine /feminine).

Recognize names of people as proper nouns.

Recognize and use the pronouns I, you, he, she, it (singular pronouns).

Use am, is in short sentences to identify and describe a person, place, or thing.

Use initial capital letters for the first word of a sentence.
